Group classes not your style? Are you interested in a more personalized approach to reaching your fitness goals? If you answered yes to one or both, then our personal training program is perfect for you. We will tailor a program designed to fit the goals YOU set, and provide session times to fit your schedule.
Personal Training Session - $40
Partner Training Session - $30/person
Whether you live in town, or in Europe, we can create a program for you remotely to fit your fitness goals. Whether it's weight loss, powerlifting/weightlifting, or training for a collegiate sport we have you covered. We will provide weekly programming, video analysis of your lifts, and email or text responses to any questions you may have. This program is billed monthly, as needed.
