Great source of fitness training for anyone over the age of 18. This is a good way for parents to stay involved in fitness, and to have something to connect with the family
Access to up to three CrossFit classes every week per month
Includes six days a week of programmed Strength and Conditioning.
Students will be taught proper nutrition, recovery techniques, mobility, and healthy supplement use, and also have access to gym during open gym hours in case they’re unavailable to attend the scheduled class times.
In and out of town? No problem, just punch in!
45 minutes in length and includes 1-on-1 instruction.
Group instruction is $30 with a partner or $20 per person for a group of 3-4.
